The vineyard produces on average a total of 6600 Lts of wine, 1.4 ha / 2200 Lts of fortified wine letter A, and the remaining wine for consumption.
The land with a total view of the river, 8 km long, has access via a tar road.
There is the possibility of adding more vineyard area.
It is located in Covelinhas, the 10 minutes from Régua and 20 minutes from Vila Real.
